Legal Disclaimer

A. VIDEO REVISIONS POLICY

• The first revisions of the completed content is free of charge including minor changes.
   

• Clients must leave clear and detailed requests for all changes, especially for any flaws or points of dissatisfaction.
   

• Additional major revisions are billed at $100 per revision unless advised otherwise. (ex. Change in video structure, pacing, or direction after final edit delivery)

B. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

• A 'grace period' is allowed, afterwards a late fee will apply and must be paid in full before the final product is released.
   

• After the 'grace period', if the Client is not present, the Provider may choose to leave, and the deposit will be nonrefundable

C. CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the client needs to cancel or reschedule work, we advise you to notify the Provider via email or phone at least 2 days in advance.
   

• Please Note: All fees paid prior to cancellation are nonrefundable, regardless of project progress.

Rights & Usage

• The Provider retains ownership of all raw footage unless otherwise agreed.
   

• Providers must be credited in all public uses of the content

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• The Client agrees to engage the Provider for the services outlined in this agreement.

• The Provider agrees to deliver these services in accordance with the details and payment terms specified.

• Full monthly payment must be made before services begin.

• If payment is not met within the first 7 days of the month, a late fee is taken into affect.

• Failure to pay the late fee after an extended period will result in immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of any remaining services for that month. 

• Any and all work completed or not will be withheld until the total agreed fee has been paid.

• Please Note: If unlicensed or copyright-protected material is used without disclosure, any legal claims, fees, or penalties resulting from unauthorized use will be the client’s FULL responsibility.
